  Keep fit


Starting from Wednesday May 22nd, 2013

Every Wednesday Evening
between 7.00pm & 7.45pm.

A full body workout that is designed to increase fitness,
stamina and suppleness. The class will include a warm-up,
a cardio section, muscle toning, stretching and a cool down.

-Suitable for beginners-

Please wear suitable clothing and footwear, e.g. trainers.
Also please bring an exercise matt or a towel, and a drink.
Classes will start promptly, so please arrive at least 5 minutes
before the start time.

Also, held in Wolvey Village Hall every Thursday Morning
between 10.30 & 11.30am.
