A meeting of Wolvey Parish Council Neighbourhood Planning Advisory Committee will be held in Wolvey Baptist Chapel on Wednesday, 2nd March, 2016 at 7.30 pm, to consider the business set out in the Agenda below, and you are requested to attend.

1.Apologies for absence - To receive any apologies for absence from the meeting.

2.Minutes of a meeting Held on 1st February 2016 – To adopt.

3.Matters Arising

4.Declaration of Interest and Grant of Dispensations

To receive any declarations of interest and approve the grant of dispensations in respect of any item to be discussed at the meeting.

Members are reminded that they must act solely in the public interest and should never improperly confer an advantage or disadvantage on any person or act to gain financial or other material benefits for themselves or their families, a friend or close associate.

5.Public Consultation

Members of the public are invited to address the council on matters on the agenda for a period of up to 15 minutes. Each person may speak for no more than 3 minutes.
