To receive any declarations of interest and approve the grant of dispensations in respect of any item to be discussed at the meeting. The following interests are declared regularly by councillors: Councillor John Hawkins – any matter relating to Wolvey Playing Fields Trust. Councillor Adrian Warwick – Member of Warwickshire County Council and any matter relating to Wolvey Baptist Chapel. Councillors are reminded that they must act solely in the public interest and should never improperly confer an advantage or disadvantage on any person or act to gain financial or other material benefits for themselves or their families, a friend or close associate.

(a) To consider the Parish Council’s response to consultation/decision notice in respect of the following new planning applications: 

R18/0553 - Land Adjacent To Rosefields,  Hinckley Road, Wolvey, LE10 3HQ - Change of use of the land for the siting of one residential gypsy pitch

R18/0688 - Bayton Lodge, Withybrook Road, Bedworth,
CV12  9JW: demolition of existing ancillary buildings and the erection of four new dwellings with associated access and parking. 

R18/0733 – Dunroamin, 33 Coventry Road, Hinckley, LE10 3LD:
Demolition of existing garage and erection of a two storey dwellinghouse with associated external garage. Additionally, creation of a new vehicular access for existing and new dwelling.
