John Hawkins – any matter relating to Wolvey Playing Fields Trust.
Councillor Adrian Warwick – Member of Warwickshire County Council and any
matter relating to Wolvey Baptist Chapel.

WETLAND - UPDATE
8. COMMUNITY SPEEDWATCH
(b) To note the order for the purchase of two
Ulytralyte 100 ex-demo laser units at a total cost of £599.00 + VAT with
three months warranty and calibration certificates. The HOTA approval will
be charged at £249 per unit per year after the first year. The units were
ordered by the Clerk, in consultation with parish councillors, due to there
only being two remaining units available at this reduced price.
9 CLERKS REPORT
(a) The Warwickshire & West Midlands Association of Local Councils is
inviting nominations from past chairmen only to attend the Royal Garden
Party at Buckingham Palace on Tuesday 19 May 2020.
To consider the Parish Council’s response to consultation in respect of
any new planning applications
11. FINANCIAL MATTERS
To consider the following financial matters
relating to the Parish Council:
(a) To consider authorisation of the
(i) Clerk’s salary and expenses – to be advised
(ii) WS Gardens Ltd – take down Christmas tree and tree/hedge work
in the Square (invoice no. 8384) - £210.00
(iii) CPRE – annual membership - £40.00
(b) To note the following direct debit:
(i) NEST pension – December -
(c) To consider the following financial reports for Quarter 3:
Cash Book – 1 April 2019 – 31 December 2019
(ii) Bank Reconciliation as at
31 December 2019
(iii) Quarter 3 Budget Monitoring

To consider applying for a grant from
Severn Trent’s new £10 million Community Fund.
