8. PLANNING

(a) To consider the Parish Council’s response to consultation/decision notice in respect of any new planning applications:

R17/1096 – Wolds Lane, Wolvey LE10 3LL – outline application with all matters reserved for the change of use of land and erection of up to 3 holiday lodges land north of Wolvey House Farm, Wolds Lane, Wolvey.

R17/1139 – Bayton Lodge, Withybrook Road, Wolvey CV12 9JW – conversion and extension of existing garage to form separate dwelling, including demolition of ancillary buildings and formation of new site access.

R17/1138 – 40 Wolds Lane, Wolvey LE10 3LL – proposed bungalow at land to the rear of no. 40 Wolds Lane, Wolvey.

(b) To consider the attached response from Rugby Borough Council Planning Officers concerning "previously developed land."

9. FINANCIAL MATTERS

To consider the following financial matters relating to the Parish Council:

(a) To consider authorisation of the following payments:
  (i) Clerk’s salary, allowances and expenses: To be advised
  (ii) WS Gardens (grass cutting): £648.00
 (iii) Colledge Trees & Landscape (Tree works in the Wetland) - £1,350.00
 (iv) SLCC membership renewal - £108.00

(b) To note payment of the revised invoice from Baginton Nurseries Ltd in respect of the baskets and troughs - £290.88 (agreed at last meeting to pay £313.68 as stated in the Quote)

(c) Other Financial Matters:
To note the monthly direct debit to Opus Energy:
Street Lighting – 20 May – 18 June - £391.87

(d) To consider the following financial reports for Quarter 1:
  (i) Cash Book – 1.4.17 – 30 June 2017
  (ii) Bank Reconciliation as at 30 June 2017
 (iii) Quarter 1 Budget Monitoring
