The 2013 Rugby in Bloom campaign is run by Rugby Borough Council with the
co-operation of many local organisations, groups and individuals without whom it would not be possible. A big thanks to all involved.

Celebrity gardener Christine Walkden presented the prizes at this year's Rugby in Bloom award ceremony. The resident gardener on the BBC's The One Show was guest of honour at the ceremony, which was held at Blooms Rugby Garden Centre.

Rugby in Bloom celebrates the talents of green-fingered gardeners across the borough, and this year's contest attracted a bumper crop of entries. Awards were presented in a number of categories, including prizes for best small garden, best floral container, and best organic allotment.

In this year's Rugby in Bloom competition, Wolvey Old Cricket Field Wetland Reserve were awarded a GOLD and were overall winner in the Environmental Category and Wolvey Village Square were awarded a Silver in the Community Category.
